From a careful selection of Manzoni Bianco grapes comes Campe Dhei Manzoni Ponte, a Trevenezie IGT white wine, an unrivaled protagonist for delicious convivial occasions at the table.
Straw yellow. Delicately scented and harmonious, white flowers. Full and savoury taste.
Vinification with cold maceration with selected yeasts. The wine is refined for several months in steel tanks, subjecting it to frequent bâtonnage to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
Excellent as an aperitif, it enhances its strong structure when paired with risottos, soups or pasta, fish-based dishes, white meats, not too mature cheeses and cured meats in general.
