A limited production Malbec from Altamira. The stony soil with calcareous components of its terroir is expressed in its characteristic mineral aroma.
Intense mineral aromas reminiscent of wet stone and chalk, followed by notes of small red fruit. Its entry into the mouth is fresh and vertical, with great tension and nerve, and balanced acidity that provides fluidity. Lively expression of red fruit, fine tannins and roundness on the palate. Long and persistent finish.
It is ideal to enjoy with intensely flavored game meats such as deer or wild boar marinated with herbs and accompanied by roasted vegetables.
