Delicate aromas and flavours of coconut preceed warm, clean, gently rounded spirit.
Basically it’s a blend of light Barbados white rums (a bit like Bacardi) that have been softened by a year ageing in American oak casks then mixed with coconut milk and high quality cane sugar.
The Rums are made with fine molasses from the island’s sugar cane plantations and pure spring water fermented then distilled in a continious still.
