Metaxa 12 Star
A blend of brandy matured for up to 12 years and muscat from the vineyards of Samos to produce an intense and flavoursome Greek brandy.
In 1888 Spyros Metaxa, by blending only the finest matured wine distillates with the selected sun soaked grapes of Attica, created this distinctive spirit giving it a unique smooth and mellow taste, neat, or on the rocks.
The exact formula has remained a closely guarded secret ever since.
Radiant amber in colour, the nose displays dried flowers, dried fig, chocolate and orange peel. Lush and velvety with notes of dried fruits and toasted oak.
