Serie Terra Malbec
This is a lush fruity Malbec from the Luján de Cuyo region of Mendoza.
Heady nose of plums, blackcurrants and white pepper then a ripe fruited palate framed by crisp acidity and fine, soft tannins. Flavoursome crowd pleaser offering notes of blackberries, coffee, chocolate, pistachio, green olive, liquorice and tobacco.
Viniterra, (meaning, the wines of the earth) was founded in 1997 by Adriano Senetiner, a legendary enologist with over 50 years experience in the wine industry. A trendsetter in Mendoza and part of a wave of producers taking a more ‘terroir-driven’ approach to Argentine Malbec.
Try with mushroom risotto, pasta with light sauces and semi-soft cheeses.
